 LeBron pays respect to China again with the white and red color-up, as well as Chinese characters on the lace dubret. The LeBron VIII is similar to the VII, with 360 Max Air cushioning and Flywire support in the upper. The tall thin tongue featuring a debossed lion is closer to the tongue on the LeBron VII Post Season. The back of the tongue features “Designed and engineered to the exact specifications of Mr. LeBron James 82,” a phrase more often seen on the tongue of Nike Trainer shoes. The visible 360 Air is speckled with red, and the translucent edge of the outsole gives an even deeper look at the cushioning system.
